Reporting Content and Violations

We encourage users to report content that may be illegal or otherwise violates our Community Guidelines or Terms of Service. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Content involving minors or underage individuals
  • Harassment, bullying, or threatening behavior
  • Hate speech or discriminatory content
  • Spam or unwanted promotional content
  • Intellectual property violations
  • Content that promotes illegal activities
  • Malicious software or security threats

How to File a Complaint

There are several ways to report violations or file complaints:

Direct Character Reporting

To report a specific character that violates our guidelines:

  1. Visit the character's page
  2. Click the "Report" button
  3. Select the type of violation
  4. Provide detailed information about the issue
  5. Submit your report for review

Review Process and Timeline

All reported complaints will be reviewed and resolved within seven (7) business days.

Our review process includes the following steps:

  1. Initial Review: Complaints are received and triaged by our moderation team within 24 hours
  2. Investigation: Our team conducts a thorough investigation of the reported content or behavior
  3. Assessment: The complaint is evaluated against our Community Guidelines and Terms of Service
  4. Decision: A determination is made regarding the validity of the complaint and appropriate action
  5. Communication: The resolution and any actions taken are communicated to the complainant

Potential Outcomes

Based on our investigation, the following outcomes may result from a complaint:

  • No Action Required: The complaint is found to be without merit
  • Content Removal: Violating content is removed from the platform
  • Character Deletion: Characters that violate guidelines are permanently removed
  • Account Warning: Users receive formal warnings about policy violations
  • Account Suspension: Temporary restriction of account access
  • Account Termination: Permanent removal of user accounts for serious violations
  • Law Enforcement Referral: Illegal content is reported to appropriate authorities

Appeals Process

If you disagree with the outcome of a complaint review, you have the right to appeal our decision:

  • Submit your appeal to [email protected] within 14 days of receiving the initial decision
  • Provide additional context or evidence supporting your appeal
  • Appeals will be reviewed by a different team member than the original reviewer
  • Appeal decisions will be communicated within 7 business days
  • If disagreement persists, disputes may be resolved by a neutral third party
