Our process for handling legitimate requests to remove content that violates policies or infringes on rights.

We take content removal seriously and will consider requests for removal of content that:
- Violates our Community Guidelines or Terms of Service
- Infringes on intellectual property rights (copyright, trademark, etc.)
- Contains depictions of real individuals without consent
- Violates privacy rights or contains personal information
- Is illegal under applicable laws
- Constitutes harassment, defamation, or other harmful content
- Was created using stolen or unauthorized source material
How to Request Content Removal
There are several ways to request content removal:
Direct Character Reporting
For characters that violate our policies:
- Navigate to the character's page
- Click the "Report" button
- Select "Request Removal" from the options
- Provide detailed reasoning for the removal request
- Include any supporting evidence or documentation
- Submit your request for review
Email Requests
For complex removal requests or when direct reporting is not applicable, contact us at [email protected]
Please include the following information:
- Direct links to the content in question
- Clear explanation of why the content should be removed
- Your relationship to the content (copyright holder, depicted individual, etc.)
- Supporting documentation (DMCA notice, identity verification, etc.)
- Your contact information for follow-up

All content removal requests will be reviewed and resolved within seven (7) business days.
Our review process includes:
- Receipt Confirmation: We acknowledge your removal request within 24 hours
- Initial Assessment: Our team evaluates the validity and merit of the request
- Content Review: The reported content is examined against our policies and applicable laws
- Verification: We verify the requestor's authority to request removal (when applicable)
- Decision: A determination is made on whether to remove, modify, or retain the content
- Action & Notification: Appropriate action is taken and all parties are notified of the outcome
Types of Removal Actions
Based on our review, we may take the following actions:
- Full Removal: Complete deletion of the content from our platform
- Restricted Access: Content is made private or access-limited
- Content Modification: Specific elements are edited or obscured
- Geolocation Blocking: Content is blocked in specific jurisdictions
- Account Action: Additional measures against the content creator's account
- No Action: Request is denied if no violation is found
Appeals and Disputes
If you disagree with our decision on a content removal request:
- Submit an appeal to [email protected] within 14 days of our decision
- Provide additional evidence or legal documentation supporting your position
- Appeals are reviewed by senior team members not involved in the original decision
- Appeal outcomes are communicated within 7 business days
- If disputes cannot be resolved, they may be referred to neutral arbitration
Content creators whose material is removed also have the right to appeal through the same process.
False or Frivolous Requests
We reserve the right to:
- Reject removal requests that are clearly frivolous or made in bad faith
- Require additional verification for suspicious or repeated requests
- Report false DMCA claims or other fraudulent requests to appropriate authorities
- Restrict future requests from users who submit false or abusive reports
