Subscription Management

You can manage your subscription and billing preferences directly from your account.

To Cancel or Downgrade Your Subscription:

Option 1: Self-Service (Recommended)

Visit your profile page to manage your subscription settings and downgrade or cancel your service directly.

Option 2: Contact Support

Email [email protected] with your account details and cancellation request.

Option 3: Contact CCBill Directly

Reach out to CCBill's Consumer Support at 1.888.596.9279 or https://support.ccbill.com/

Important: Cancellation requests must be submitted before your next billing cycle to avoid charges. Once processed, you will retain access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period.

Complaints

For all complaints, please contact us through [email protected]. Complaints will be reviewed and resolved within seven (7) business days. That resolution will then be communicated to the Complainant. Appeals or requests for any decision made should be presented, again, to [email protected].

Appeals

If you disagree with a decision made regarding a complaint or content removal request, you may appeal by contacting [email protected]. This includes:

  • Appeals against content removal decisions
  • Appeals if your content was removed and you believe it was done in error
  • Appeals against account actions taken by our moderation team

If there should be disagreement regarding an appeal, we will allow the disagreement to be resolved by a neutral party. All appeals are handled according to the process outlined in our Complaints Policy.

Reporting Content

If you encounter content or behavior that violates our community guidelines, please report it directly from the character's page using the "Report" button. For more details, review our Community Guidelines.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy is outlined in our Terms of Service. In summary:

  • You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that no credits have been used. The withdrawal period begins on the day of purchase.
  • If your account is deleted due to a violation of our terms, you are not entitled to a refund of credits or monthly credits.
